Recently, Saigon Centre has received customers’ feedback about phone calls where fraudsters inform that these shoppers have won promotional prizes from the mall such as: discount vouchers, or sell products with very attractive offers.

1. If you receive a call like this, do not provide any information or accept any offers. If in doubt, please contact Saigon Centre Customer Service hotline +84 28 3829 4888 or via email marketing@saigoncentre.com.vn.
2. Latest promotions by Saigon Centre are updated on www.shopping.saigoncentre.com.vn and www.facebook.com/saigoncentrevn for shoppers to verify or double check if the information is correct.
3. Saigon Centre will never try to sell products via phone calls, or ask you to provide personal information such as passwords, bank account details, credit card numbers or other financial information.
4. Saigon Centre will not make unsolicited calls or send emails/Facebook messages asking for such above-mentioned information. Saigon Centre may only ask for you to verify personal information such as ID number, address or telephone number, which you have previously provided, for fraud prevention purpose before we announce official winners of these promotional programmes.
