Terms and conditions:
- Promotion duration: every Friday – Sunday from 11/11 – 25/12/2022.
- The promotion is applicable for Rewards+ members only.
- Members with total same-day spending from VND500,000 can redeem 01 ticket in the playground. Maximum 5 tickets per redemption, irrespective of amount spent.
- Receipts can be combined maximum from 03 different shops.
- Not applicable for receipts of Takashimaya, Chanel, California Centuryon Club, purchasing gift cards at Saigon Centre.
- Receipts must have the final amount paid from VND50,000, excluding vouchers and other discount promotions.
- Event receipts, handwritten receipts, reprint receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, top-up receipts, bank slips, receipts having sign of erasing, counterfeiting or blurring information are not accepted for Rewards+ point accumulation and ticket redemption.
- Members must comply with Safety Guideline of the playground. Saigon Centre will not accept any participants in the event of non-compliance.
- The promotion is not concurrently applicable with other Rewards+ promotions for new members or members with spending.
- To redeem tickets, members have to present their IDs/Passports, app member codes, receipts and products purchased.
- Only owners of members’ accounts with matching members’ information are eligible for redemption. Saigon Centre does not accept redemption on behalf.
- Members redeem directly at Promotion Counter, Level 1. Saigon Centre will not accept redemption by other methods.
- By providing personal information for Saigon Centre, members agree that Saigon Centre can use them to promote the mall’s upcoming promotion programmes.
- Members must comply with terms and conditions of Rewards+ loyalty programmes.
- Saigon Centre Management reserves the right to change the rules & regulations as and when necessary.
SAFETY GUIDELINE
- Rewards+ members can enjoy complimentary the playground on Mondays – Thursdays and please present the Rewards+ member code to Saigon Centre’s staff before entering the playground.
- The ticket will be applied for the playground on Fridays – Sundays. Rewards+ members having valid spending can redeem the tickets at Promotion Counter. The ticket is valid for 01 playtime only.
- Maximum 15 person and 10 minutes per session.
- The first session starts at 9:30 AM; the last session starts at 8:45 PM and ends at 8:55 PM; the playground closes at 9:00 PM everyday. Members have to follow the playground's operating hours.
- Children under one metre are required to accompany with adults (above 18 years old).
- No wearing sandals/shoes, chewing gum, eating, and drinking or bringing all kinds of liquids to the playground.
- Please take off your shoes and leave it on the rack before entering the playground.
- No shoving, teasing, bullying, climbing or saying unkind words.
- Please queue in line and be patient for your turn.
- No bringing any items that are considered dangerous (such as knives, scissors, pens, etc.), cellphones or valuable items to the playground.
- Please do not leave your belongings unattended and Saigon Centre is not responsible for any losses.
- Please let your kids using the restroom before entering the playground. Participants are responsible for hygiene issues during the playtime, including any incurred costs (if any).
- Please keep your eyes on your kids on the playground.
- Please do not take all the items or equipment out the playground.
- Saigon Centre reserves the right to refuse the participants in the following cases:
- Under the unhealthy status or the influence of drugs, alcohol resulting in inappropriate behaviors.
- Endanger to other participants inside the playground.
- Refuse to comply with the safety regulations and disturb social order, or affect the life, health, and property of other participants.
- By participating in the playground at Saigon Centre, members agree to comply with all the regulations in the Safety Guidelines and instructions of event staff. Saigon Centre will not accept any participants in the event of non-compliance.
