BOW-TIFUL PLUSHIE REDEMPTION

Promotion duration: from 04/12/2026, while stock lasts.

The “Bow-tiful Plushie Redemption” Promotion is applicable to IKONIC members with 80,000 KOINS or same-day spending from VND3,500,000 can redeem 01 velvet bow plushie.

KOINS redemption:

• Members redeem KOINS on IKONIC App and collect gifts directly at Promotion counter, Level 1, Saigon Centre.

• Each member can redeem unlimited gifts.

• Validity to collect gifts is no later than 10PM on 13 December 2026 from the redeemed date on IKONIC App. Members have to receive gifts in mall operation hours.

• Saigon Centre will not accept redemption by other methods or late redemption.

• * KOINS cannot be returned once redeemed.

Spending redemption:

• Each member can redeem a maximum of 02 gifts throughout the promotion.

• Members redeem directly at Promotion Counter, Level 1. Saigon Centre will not accept redemption by other methods.

• Receipts must have the final amount paid from VND50,000, excluding vouchers and other discount promotions. Maximum combine 06 receipts from different shops.

• Not applicable for receipts of Takashimaya, Louis Vuitton, Annam Gourmet, purchasing gift cards at Saigon Centre and event receipts.

• Event receipts, handwritten receipts, reprint receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, top-up receipts, bank slips, receipts having sign of erasing, counterfeiting or blurring information are not accepted for IKONIC point accumulation and gift redemption.

• The promotion is not concurrently applicable with other IKONIC promotions for new members or members with spending.

• To redeem gifts, members have to present their IDs/Passports, app member codes, receipts and products purchased.

• Only owners of members’ accounts with matching members’ information are eligible for redemption. Saigon Centre does not accept redemption on behalf.

• Retail tenants & their staff are not eligible to participate in the promotion (despite having required receipts).

• By providing personal information for Saigon Centre, members agree that Saigon Centre can use them to promote the mall’s upcoming promotion programmes.

• Members must comply with terms and conditions of IKONIC loyalty programmes.

• To protect the environment, Saigon Centre is not using plastic bags in the promotion.

• Saigon Centre Management reserves the right to change the rules & regulations as and when necessary.
