MATCH THE LETTERS - CONNECT THE JOY

“Match the letters, Connect the joy” activity starts from 7PM to 8PM on 30/07/2026 & 31/07/2026 and from 2PM to 3PM on 01/08/2026 & 02/08/2026, at the Atrium, Level 1.

A maximum of 3 sessions per day will be conducted during the activity period.

Each game session may only commence when 6 registered participants is reached. In the case that the minimum number of participants is not met, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, combine or cancel a game session without prior notice.

The Organizer reserves the right to assign participants to teams and game sessions based on the actual operating conditions of the activity.

The activity is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis for customers participating daily at Saigon Centre.

Each customer may participate in the activity only once throughout the campaign period. All registration information provided by participants, including full name and phone number, will be recorded and verified. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in cases where the participant’s information has already been identified and confirmed as having previously participated in the activity.

In each game session, 6 participants will be divided into 2 teams and compete against each other through 3 consecutive games below:

• For Game 1 – Word Creation Challenge, within 5 minutes, participants are free to create meaningful words using the provided alphabet letters according to the MC’s instructions.

• For Game 2 – Tenant Brand Challenge, participants must arrange the correct tenant brand name according to the question announced by the MC.

• For Game 3 – Body Language Relay, participants must communicate the assigned keyword through body language and arrange the answer using magnetic alphabet letters. Answers in either English or Vietnamese will be accepted, provided that the answer correctly matches the designated keyword.

Members may participate in the activity by following the steps below:

• Step 1: Register for the activity by providing your full name and phone numbers to the staff at the activity area.

• Step 2: Participate in the game according to the instructions provided by the MC and Organizer.

• Step 3: Complete the challenge by arranging magnetic alphabet letters to form the required answer.

• Step 4: MC will verify the result, announce the outcome and present gifts of 1 VND200K Saigon Centre gift card to each member of the winning team.

The results informed by the MC shall be final in each session.

Participation constitutes your consent for Saigon Centre to use your images for event communications on its social media channels.

Retail tenants & their staff, including employees of Keppel Vietnam & Takashimaya Vietnam are not eligible to participate in the activity.

The Organizer will verify information including full name and phone number registered for participation in the activity for management and internal reporting purposes. Should any participant be found to belong to an ineligible group, including retail tenants and their employees, employees of Keppel Vietnam, or Takashimaya Vietnam, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participation result and reclaim any gifts that have been awarded, even after the completion of the activity.

Saigon Centre Management reserves the right to change the rules & regulations as and when necessary.
