REWARDS+ MILLIONAIRE

1. ELIGIBILITY

• The “REWARDS+ MILLIONAIRE” promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Saigon Centre (“Organizer”). It is applied to any shoppers who meet the requirements set out in clauses as below, except retail tenants and their staff.
• By participating in Promotion, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into Promotion is deemed acceptance of any amendments and variations of the T&Cs (if any).
  
  

2. MECHANISM

• The promotion is applicable for Rewards+ members only.
• Promotion period: 16/11/2020 – 06/12/2020 (3 weeks).
• During promotion period, for payment of VND1,500,000 final amount paid, members will receive 11,000 Rewards+ bonus points (*) and be entitled to 1 chance of the following prizes:

• During promotion period, member with 5 chances & above shall be entitled to stand a chance to participate in the Grand prizes, detail as below:

• Eligible chances shall be published on Notification function of Rewards+ app. Each chance corresponds to chance(s) to win one daily prize and/or one grand prize (applied for members accumulating 05 chances).

• Within 15 days from the prizes' announcement date, the Organizer shall inform and award prizes directly into members' accounts by e-vouchers.
• Each member can only win one highest prize in the Grand Prize and one prize per day in the Daily Prize.
• Organiser reserves the right not to award, cancel the chances and cancel results in the event:
• Members must provide full and accurate personal information including: Full name, Identity Card/ Passport no, valid phone number, email (if any) in promotion period.

• Cancellation, exchange of the chances and purchasing receipts are not allowed.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

• Prizes shall be warranted in accordance with the prize provider's warranty policy (if any).

(*) For 11,000 bonus Rewards+ points:

• The promotion is applicable Rewards+ members with valid receipts dated 16/11 – 06/12/2020 at Saigon Centre Shopping Mall.
• Members can earn maximum extra 11,000 bonus points for the first single receipt from VND1,500,000 per day during the promotion duration.
• Valid receipt must be from VND1,500,000, excluding vouchers and other discount promotions.
• If customers sign up for Rewards+ after the promotion duration, their receipts are not eligible for the promotion.
• Not applicable for event receipts, reprint receipts, top-up receipts, handwritten receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, bank slips, receipts having signs of erasing, counterfeiting or blurring information, over required period for snapping receipts.
• Not applicable for receipts of Chanel; California Centuryon Club, purchasing gift cards at Saigon Centre/ Rose gift cards, and Song Han/Big Mama/Sagawa/Ohashi/Mr. Phủi/Atelier Fine.
• Members shall snap valid receipts on Rewards+ app within 07 days from the date of issued receipts and the bonus points shall be accumulated to account. In the event members have the receipts before the Rewards+ sign-up date, the bonus points shall be counted on the sign-up date.
• Retail tenants & their staff are not eligible to participate in the promotion (despite having required receipts).
• By providing personal information for Saigon Centre, shoppers agree that Saigon Centre can use them to promote the mall's upcoming promotion programs.
• Members must comply with terms and conditions of Rewards+ loyalty program.
• Rewards+ and Saigon Centre Management reserve the right to change the rules & regulations as and when necessary.
  
  

3. PARTICIPATING STORES

All stores at Saigon Centre, excluding Chanel; California Centuryon Club, purchasing gift cards at Saigon Centre/ Rose gift card, and Song Han/Big Mama/Sagawa/Ohashi/Mr. Phủi/Atelier Fine.

4. VALID RECEIPTS

• Valid single receipt must be from VND1,500,000 final amount paid, excluding vouchers and other discount promotions, and issued by participating stores as stated in clause 3.
• If customers sign up for Rewards+ after the promotion period, their receipts are not eligible for the promotion.
• Receipts include: Name of Saigon Centre shopping mall, store name and address, receipt number, payment value, and payment method or barcode (if any).
• Event receipts, handwritten receipts, deposit receipts, goods return receipts, top-up receipts, bank slips, receipts having sign of erasing, counterfeiting or blurring information are not accepted.
• Members must snap full and clear receipts.
  
  

5. GENERAL REGULATIONS

• The Organizer reserves the rights to request members to present Identity Card/ Passport, receipts, products and purchasing evidences to verify information account and spending amount in promotion period.
• By providing personal information for Saigon Centre, shoppers agree that Saigon Centre can use them to promote the mall's upcoming promotion programs.
• The program is applicable for members living and working in the territory of Vietnam only.
  
• If there is any inconsistency of terms and conditions between this document and other communications, this document shall prevail.
  
• Members must comply with terms and conditions of Rewards+ loyalty program.
  
• Winners must be solely responsible for expenses incurred from receiving, delivering, using prizes, and paying personal income tax in accordance with Vietnamese law.
  
• Rewards+ and Saigon Centre Management reserve the right to change the rules & regulations as and when necessary.
