Annually, the unique flavour from our handmade Glutinous Rice Dumpling is an indispensable part of Dim Tu Tac when Duanwu Festival comes. These sticky rice dumpling are made with the finest ingredients such as belly pork, dried scallops, salted egg yolks or deliciously mashed red beans for the sweet version.

Each cake is carefully wrapped in layers of bamboo leaves by our chefs, ensuring the flavour of bamboo blends well into the fragrant and sweet cake.
