Started from a small shop specializing in Okonomiyaki, Botejyu was established in 1946 in Osaka, from which they have named themselves into the local culinary map and extended to worldwide nations.
With more than 70 years in serving culinary devotees, Botejyo brings the traditional flavors from Osaka to Vietnam, develops the menu carrying the purest flavors closer to the Vietnamese gourmet, typically, Okonomiyaki Japanese pancake, Takoyaki octopus balls, and Teppanyaki grilled dishes.
